Carl Radford, RPT
Carl Radford is a Registered Piano Technician, and owner of Radford Piano Services, inc., and has been tuning, servicing, appraising and brokering pianos in the Chicagoland area for over 30 years. He was president of the North Shore Chapter of the Piano Technicians guild, and has taught courses in piano technology for national conventions and regional classes.
He was also sales manager for the Hendricks Piano store in Kenilworth for several years, where he sold Steinway, Yamaha and Bösendorfer pianos, and developed an appreciation for piano sales as well as an in-depth understanding of the piano market.
He received a bachelor's degree in Piano and Theater from Eastern Michigan University. An accomplished pianist, he appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, as well as numerous stage productions and commercials.
